1、Collected information

1.1 Information we need

E.g.personal information will be needed when you register a new account,such as e-mail address,phone number which are to be saved under your account name or you may provide other information such as the third-party account and photo when you use our sharing by third party or logging functions.

1.2 Information acquired when using the service

We will collect some service information including:

• Log InformationWe will collect the information automatically and saved it to server log or written them into phones’ outer saving devices,such as:

  • Error produced or abnormity when using app
  • breakdown occurs when processing,we will put the wrong logs into outer saving device and users could choose whether to send it out to us or not.

• Local-storage

  • User’s screenshot or recording files will be stored in phones’ outer saving devices.
  • Data cache and users’ data will be stored in Database for local storage when processing.

• Get the location information of the device

  • It is used to realize functions such as quick connection to the device, discovery of nearby devices, and Wi-Fi list.
  • Optimize the network connection request between the SDK and Jiguang server to ensure the stability and continuity of the service; realize the function of regional push.

• Get mobile device information

• Used to identify unique users and ensure accurate delivery of message pushes

2、How do we use the collected information

• Reset the route of out-dialing phone numbers
  • Some special devices can call out phone(user),this application needs to sense phone’s status of incoming call or calling out when sending the video request out and hang up the video request.
• Pictures/video taken and recording
  • Once app is requested for video call from other devices,data will be needed to send out which is collected from camera and microphone.
  • Support some devices such as NVR when adding and it’s for scanning QR Code to add networking new devices and we can get the date back by camera.
• Read ,revise and delete the content if USB storage
  • It allows users to do the screenshot and save it in saving device when watch the camera data.Saving contents can be checked in APP.
• Check/alter network connection and completely internet access permission
  • It needs to read the internet information when app is configuring the network for camera and provide users with limited account systematic function.
• Allow to receive multicast for WLAN
  • Other cameras can be found under the same LAN and exchange the data by WLAN multicast and camera not added.
• Revise system settings
  • Some setting options will be provided for user’s options such as starting up automatically and mute when video monitoring and etc.
• Notice information for software updating
• Join us for researching our products and services

• We will integrate Jiguang SDK to implement message push (or other) functions.

  Types of personal information collected by Jiguang Push SDK:

  • Device information:(1)Device identifier (IMEI, IDFA, Android ID, MAC, OAID ,IMSI and other related information)(2)application information (application crash information, notification switch status, software list and other related information)(3)device parameters and system Information (device type, device model,operating system and hardware related information)Used to identify unique users and ensure accurate delivery of message pushes; to optimize push channel resources, we will integrate message push channel resources according to the active status of different apps on the device to increase the message delivery rate for developers; Developers provide smart labels and display business statistics services;

• Your personal information will be only reserved in required time and for legal requirements within limited time under this Privacy Policy.
• All kinds of secure technologies and procedures are used for information being lost,improper used,read or disclosure without authority.For example,we utilize encryption technology (SSL)to protect your personal information under some services.But please do understand there is no completely security as there is some technology limit and hostile means existed in internet industry even though we try our best.
