Problem
The camera working while the phone connected to the same Wi-Fi, but if the phone connected to another Wi-Fi or phone data the camera not working and it’s giving “Device connection failed” how I can solve this?
Now I see why it has 2 stars! 🙄
Could never get it to work. It’s plugged in, & it keeps saying offline. It’s right next to the router. I’m sure hoping I can get a refund!
Can’t update time
I can’t get the time to update even after I tried manual update. It’s annoying.
